FOR AN AUDIENCE OF ONEWear Sunscreen. Don't be reckless with other people's hearts... Don't waste your time on jealousy...Dance... Get to know your parents... Be nice to your siblings...Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia. Dispensing it is a way of wishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth. But trust me on the sunscreen. - Bahz Lurhman

"Jesus knew that the Father had given Him authority over everything and that He had come from God and would return to God.  So He got up from teh table, took off his robe, wrapped a towel around his waist, and poured water into a basin.  Then he began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel he had around him." - John 13:3-5

Jesus knew where He came from.  Jesus knew who He was so He was able to do what people considered "low".  maybe we need to know where we come from and who we are.  then we can be who we were created to be.

ok 2 random happenings:

~ when you see something, say something.  mei ling and i did our civic duty on friday - saw a black suitcase sitting by the sidewalk.  called 911.  police have interesting reactions.  turned out to be full of someone's garbage.

~j and i were driving back from the game on sunday and this car to our right honked us.  a man whose ethnicity will remain anonymous goes - "English?" so i said "yeah".  He said, "Manhattan Bridge." We said, "Go straight." Him- "Down there?"  J - "No - straight that way."  Me - "Go straight on the main street and continue.  It'll be on your right."  Him  - (kindve in shock) - "You speak good english!"  hmm.  good english.

i havent forgotten to post pix.  it's just that i took about 200.  y'know how it is with photobucket and whatever.  think i'm gonna try what johnny did.  that's smart.

ooh for those of you who don't know - i'm gonna be teaching in september!!! praise God! thanx for ur support and prayers ppl - i really appreciate it! gonna be crazy busy this year so please bear with me... =)
